Returns (when approved):
Returns require prior approval. Unapproved returns may be refused.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of approval.
Customer is responsible for return shipping and we strongly require shipping insurance on all return shipments. If a return is lost or damaged in transit without insurance, we can’t issue a refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds:Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. If the item shows use, damage, or missing parts, the refund may be reduced or denied.
Non-returnable items:Digital products/downloads, custom or made-to-order items, and clearance/final-sale items.
