Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Payments A 25% non‑refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your seat. The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days before the scheduled class date. Unpaid balances after the deadline may result in forfeiture of your reservation. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 30 days or more before the class date may receive a partial refund of the class fee (excluding the non‑refundable deposit). Cancellations made within 30 days of the class date are not eligible for a refund. Full refunds are not available due to advance purchase of training materials and supplies. Attendance & No‑Shows No‑shows or missed classes are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling. We are not responsible for travel issues, personal emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent attendance. Safety & Liability This course provides instructional information only. Safe work practices and proper application of the material are the responsibility of the attendee and their employer. By registering, attendees acknowledge that the instructor and company are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during or after the class. Certification Requirements A minimum score of 70% on the final assessment is required to receive a certificate of completion. Certificates are issued only to attendees who complete all required coursework and assessments. General Policies Policies may be updated or modified at any time. By booking a class, attendees agree to all terms listed above.
